Web Quest Project Rubric

I will use the following checklist to asses the project. EACH BULLET IS WORTH 2 POINTS, for a grand total of 20 points. The first five bullets make up your individual grade (10 points total), while the second five go towards your group work grade (10 points).

• Discovered Capitol and gave a detailed state history
• Named a geographic feature within the state and gave a detailed physical description
• Named a famous historical figure within the state, and provided a brief but thorough summary of his/her life
• Provided accurate population figures as well as demographic breakdown
• Provided a unique and interesting fact, that is not commonly known
• The Powerpoint Presentation was turned in on time
• The Powerpoint Presentation was 30 minutes in length
• The Presentation was clear, detailed and concise
• The Presentation was free of any spelling/grammar errors
• The group properly collaborated to ensure each team member had equal presentation time
